Job Description
Job Classification: Lift Truck Operator
Department:Production/Warehouse Ops
Job Duties
Properly handle waste per company procedure
Maintain a clean warehouse remove production trash
Verify proper labeling and inspect pallets and containers
Properly label and scan all incoming products prior to warehouse staging
Maintain warehouse storage racks and scanner system
Pull stock from warehouse to replenish staging locations
Perform daily truck inspections
Unload production drum trailers
Load return drum trailers with used production drums
Performs shipping or receiving functions
Comply with all OSHA required activities for PIT operation
Other duties as assigned
Educational and Special requirements
Ability to read and write and do simple arithmetic
Ability to operate forklift in a safe manner.
Working knowledge of material handling and stacking methods
Ability to work with scanner system.
Perform Self-Safety and ASI inspections
