Position Details:

OnSite Support Specialist I plan and deliver a range of IT support services to internal and external end-users. The Specialists work with the end-users in a variety of settings to diagnose and resolve problems, which is primarily face-to-face desk side support but can also cover phone or email support. They are typically responsible for telecommunications, some off-the-shelf software application configuration and implementation, and the configuring of standard personal computing and mobile devices. They also perform general management and administrative responsibilities, including software deployment, responding to information requests, move/add/change for offices, and providing training for end-users.

You Will:
Work with Team members to document & resolve incidents Provide onsite support for all end user devices including but not limited to pc's, mobile phones, printers, video devices, phones, etc.
Participates in the deployment of new or upgraded images, software and hardware for multiple clients in low to moderate complexity situations.
Configures and installs desktop PCs, peripheral equipment, laptops and other mobile devices.
Repairs hardware, software, and peripheral equipment, following design or installation specifications for desktop PCs, peripheral equipment, laptops, and other mobile devices.
Creates temporary solutions until permanent solutions can be implemented.
Provides technical support tomeetings that include video conferencing.
Drives to successful first contact resolution where and when possible.
Supports IT inventory management.
Supports disaster recovery planning and testing.

You Have:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Experience working in end point devices or IT operations
CompTIA , MSFT Certifications preferred
SSC/Help Desk experience
Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
