Job Description
Codefish Group (Des Plaines, IL) seeks multiple Soft Skills Trainers to prepare and deliver lectures to students on topics such as programming, data structures, and software design, developing and modifying software systems. Use the technical background in Java/Browser Stack/Selenium/API/Sales Force/AWS/SQL and other automation/ semi automation IT tools to teach classes. Specific duties include: planning, evaluating, and revising curricula, course content, and course materials and methods of instruction; preparing course materials, such as syllabi, homework assignments, and handouts; initiating, facilitating, and moderating classroom discussions on the issues how to: analyze information to determine, recommend, and plan installation of a new system or modification of an existing system, analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints, confer with data processing or project managers to obtain information on limitations or capabilities for data processing projects, modify existing software to correct errors, adapt it to new hardware, or upgrade interfaces and improve performance; training students to use a new or modified equipment; adapting instructional content or delivery methods for different levels or types of learners; presenting and make recommendations regarding course design, technology, and instruction delivery options; collaborating with colleagues to address teaching and research issues; developing and maintaining Web sites for online courses; maintaining regularly scheduled office hours to advise and assist students.
