Account To Report Group Lead at a glance
The Group Lead, GBS North America Account To Report is responsible for supporting the transformation and day-to-day execution of functional business processes in accordance with the Service Level Agreements aligned with Kraft Heinz business stakeholders for the ATR scope of services. The role will work in partnership with offshore teams to identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to boost performance and business results.

What's on the menu?

1. Accountable for identifying and delivering continuous improvement opportunities that transform and streamline the end-to-end process and drive efficiencies and/or higher performance levels.
2. Influence the standardization of business processes across zones with minimal deviations for local legal, fiscal or system limitation requirements.
3. Audit process documentation for updates to reflect current standard operating procedures in compliance with Kraft Heinz policies and controls.
4. Collaborate with the Global Process Owners to define the global process design, service delivery model and process roadmap for the processes under management and influence decisions where required.
5. Act as the interlock between Operations, Transformation and Global Process Owners to ensure perspectives are represented in the definition of services including process, technology, customer, policy, and security.
6. Continually review performance metrics, identify issues, and ensure that processes meet/exceed customer quality requirements.
7. Manage the offshore team to deliver a seamless financial statement close process including matching of global intercompany balances, ensuring compliance with internal policies, US GAAP and other relevant accounting standards, legal regulations and execution playbooks.

I have progressing work experience in leadership roles within accounting or finance
I have working knowledge of SAP, Hyperion & Blackline.
I have demonstrated ability to coach and lead teams
I have experience managing onshore stakeholders and offshore teams
I have demonstrated ability to drive process excellence and delivery - agile / design thinking / six sigma methodology experience
I have experience in working with internal & external control frameworks and auditors
