JOB DESCRIPTION
Big Ten Network is seeking a CRM Coordinator to join their team in Chicago, IL. The CRM Coordinator will play a critical role in driving subscriber conversion, engagement, and retention for B1G+, BTN's direct-to-consumer streaming platform. The CRM Coordinator will be responsible for creating and executing targeted, marketing communications across multiple channels, including email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and App Store event cards.

B1G+ offers subscribers exclusive access to live streams of non-televised Big Ten Conference games, next-day on-demand archives, and an extensive library of classic games and original content. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in customer relationship management, lead generation, and retention marketing strategies, coupled with experience in the streaming media or direct-to-consumer space.

This position requires a creative, data-driven marketer who can effectively engage and grow our subscriber base while ensuring a consistent brand voice across all touchpoints. The CRM Coordinator will collaborate closely with internal teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives and contribute to the long-term success of B1G+.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to drive subscriber engagement, retention, and growth
Craft and schedule targeted push notifications to segmented audiences based on user behavior and preferences
Create compelling in-app messages and App Store event cards to highlight B1G+ events, features, and promotions
Collaborate with graphic designers to develop visually engaging assets that effectively showcase B1G+ offerings
Ensure all marketing communications adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a high standard of clarity, grammar, and spelling
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization and improvement
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in CRM and streaming media to inform strategy and drive innovation

WHAT YOU WILL NEED
Proven experience in customer relationship management (CRM) and database management
Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making
Exceptional written communication skills, with an ability to craft compelling, on-brand content across various channels, including email and push notifications
Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines
In-depth understanding of streaming media platforms and services, with a track record of supporting successful content marketing and promotional strategies
Comprehensive knowledge of Big Ten Conference athletics and a passion for delivering engaging content to fans
Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights and weekends, to support live events and time-sensitive campaigns

NICE TO HAVE BUT NOT A DEALBREAKER
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and professional experience
Proficiency in HTML coding
