Remote HVAC - Customer Support Representative! - Apply Today

We are seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC - Customer Support Representative to join our Division in Fort Myers, FL. This remote role requires the candidate to be located in or near Fort Myers, FL, with the ability to attend in-person training and meetings. This is a perfect opportunity for someone looking to transition from an HVAC service technician to remote customer support.

Location: REMOTE position with occasional need to report to the Fort Myers, FL office for training and meetings.

Compensation: $55,000 - 57,000/ Year + Benefits and annual performance increase

This is a Full-Time/ Direct Hire Opportunity!

Schedule: M-F (8am-5PM)

What You'll Do:
  • Provide expert assistance to customers on product service, installation, repair, and general product inquiries for complex multi-family and large-scale commercial projects.
  • Troubleshoot errors, diagnose problems, and initiate the repair process for heat pumps.
  • Interpret and explain warranty information to customers.
  • Coordinate the return of malfunctioning or defective items for repair or replacement.
  • Utilize computerized systems for tracking requests, troubleshooting, assessing inventory, documenting resolutions, and determining warranty eligibility.
  • Follow up on customer calls to ensure resolution and maintain service records.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For:
  • Field service experience related to HVAC equipment and heat pumps.
  • EPA Certification
  • 2-4 years of customer service experience in related industry.
  • Ability to quickly learn new software and efficiently multitask.
  • Must have a positive, can-do attitude with a bubbly personality.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical instructions, safety rules, and procedure manuals.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with adaptability in diverse situations.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
  • Associate degree, Business School Certificate/Diploma, or equivalent post-high school training.
