Your opportunity

+ Develop and maintain relationships with financial advisors, brokers, and other intermediary clients to increase sales and market share in the state of Illinois ex – Cook and DuPage Counties.

+ Conduct regular visits to client locations to present and discuss products, services, and strategies to help them achieve their financial goals.

+ Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively utilizing sales techniques, product knowledge, and market insights.

+ Participate in conferences, seminars, and other industry events to network and promote the company’s products and services.

+ Utilize CRM systems to track client interactions, sales activities, and market intelligence.

+ Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies and procedures.

+ Engage in continuous learning and professional development to enhance sales skills and industry knowledge.

+ This job requires a combination of sales expertise, industry knowledge, and strong interpersonal skills to successfully build and maintain relationships with clients.

Must have skills

+ Series 7 and Series 63

+ Exceptional presentation and communication skills

+ Macro and micro economic acumen

Nice to have skills

+ Advanced industry designation (CIMA, CFP, CFA, APMA or other pertinent designation) or equivalent experience.

Compensation information The base salary range for this position is $89,200. The primary compensation for this role is commission and annual bonus. The posting for this role will remain open until July 31, 2024. Colorado law requires an estimated closing date for job postings. Please don’t be discouraged from applying if you see this date has passed. Annual Bonus Opportunity: Position is eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus award from the profit pool. The profit pool is funded based on Company profits. Individual bonuses are determined based on Company, department, team and individual performance.
