Our client, a leading financial technology company, is seeking a Product Manager to join their team. As a Product Manager, you will be part of the Product Development Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have exceptional analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and strong leadership qualities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Chicago IL, Kennesaw GA, Richmond VA

Pay Range: Best in the Segment on W2

What’s the Job?

+ Define the product strategy and roadmap.

+ Understand and represent the needs and requirements of the customers.

+ Deliver requirements documents with prioritized features and corresponding justification.

+ Drive new product enhancements/updates through the development process lifecycle.

+ Perform product demos and orchestrate training for customers.

What’s Needed?

+ Strong understanding of product management discipline, including new product development, testing, and deployment.

+ Experience and understanding of regulatory requirements and obligations for retention, supervision, and discovery of electronic communication.

+ Prior experience in a high volume production environment.

+ Exceptional executive presentation and communication skills.

+ Must have strong leadership skills and qualities enabling you to work with peers and various levels of management.
