Description

We’re looking for a talented individual to be the first line of defense for our client’s internal users’ technical needs! You’ll provide prompt and professional technical support, tackling a variety of user inquiries and troubleshooting common issues.

Responsibilities:

+ Respond to user inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person

+ Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of technical issues related to software, hardware, and network connectivity

+ Provide clear and concise instructions to guide users through solutions

+ Escalate complex issues to the appropriate IT personnel

+ Document user interactions and technical resolutions

+ Maintain knowledge base articles and FAQs

+ Continuously learn about new technologies and company systems

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ Minimum 1 year of experience in a technical support role or strong understanding of computers and technology

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner

+ Customer service focused with a commitment to providing exceptional user experience

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

+ Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
