We’re looking for a talented Systems Engineer to join our clients growing IT department. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of our critical systems infrastructure. You’ll work closely with various teams to identify needs, implement solutions, and troubleshoot any issues that arise.

Responsibilities:

+ Install, configure, and maintain servers, operating systems, and network devices.

+ Manage and monitor system performance and identify potential problems proactively.

+ Implement and maintain backup, security, and disaster recovery solutions.

+ Automate routine tasks using scripting languages.

+ Troubleshoot and resolve system issues efficiently.

+ Provide technical support to internal users.

+ Document system configurations and procedures.

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

+ Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a systems engineering role

+ Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, etc.)

+ Experience with Windows and/or Linux server administration.

+ Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) is a plus.

+ Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

+ Strong communication and collaboration skills
