Job Title: Electro Mechanical Maintenance Technician

Job Description

The Electro Mechanical Maintenance Technician will be responsible for repairing and maintaining all molding equipment and facility equipment. This includes troubleshooting and repairing all electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems within the molding department. Key equipment systems include automated robotic systems, ultrasonic welders, and IMM. The technician will maintain work orders, complete documentation, and ensure all reports are properly recorded in the system. Additionally, the role involves testing electrical systems and circuit conduits for equipment and fixtures. The technician will drive improvements by making suggestions to leads and managers and will collaborate with engineers to assist with the installation and validation of new equipment. This senior role also requires leading the third shift, communicating updates to the first shift team, and problem-solving during night shifts.

Work Environment

Clean, temperature-controlled environment. Some areas in the facility are full GMP clean rooms.
