Building off our Cloud momentum, Oracle has formed a new organization – Oracle Health Applications & Infrastructure. This team focuses on product development and product strategy for Oracle Health, while building out a complete platform supporting modernized, automated healthcare. This is a net new line of business, constructed with an entrepreneurial spirit that promotes an energetic and creative environment. We are growing our program management team in our Oracle Health Government PMO. In order to grow this area, we need a senior program management to manage the development and implementation process for all aspects of the interdepartmental delivery, plan and direct schedules and drive progress towards the larger goal and vision. We work on true critical programs and that means support, help, partnership, and alignment in the investment.

Qualifications:

+ U.S. Citizenship on U.S. soil is required. This position requires you to be eligible to receive a federal security clearance which requires you to be a U.S. Citizen.

+ Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ 5-8+ years’ experience developing and implementing large, cross cutting programs

+ 3-4+ years cross functional program management experience, in a high-pressure environment

+ 3+ years of working with top tier customer accounts

+ You display a demonstrated ability to think broadly and strategically.

+ You are a self-starter and comfortable operating at a fast pace with minimal direction

+ You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, meaning you are able to accurately articulate project status and risks to an Executive audience.

+ You can own and manage multiple programs simultaneously while dealing with ambiguity.

+ You possess strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills leveraging data.

+ You are results oriented, meaning you are focused on driving results, even if it means rolling up your sleeves to get it done

+ You are a natural collaborator with a proven ability to work across teams to meet tight deadlines

+ Maturity, judgment, negotiation/influence skills, analytical skills, and leadership skill

Responsibilities

We are specifically looking for an experienced and customer centric program manager to join the Oracle Health Government PMO team. You will be responsible managing complex, cross-organizational programs that impact both product and business for Oracle Healthcare and will have exposure to multiple critical business initiatives. Our team is expanding, and we a strong senior program management is needed.

You will partner with every team in Oracle to make these projects happen. The space is fun, large, cross cutting and complex (truly, complex). You will manage the development and implementation process for all aspects of interdepartmental delivery, plan and direct schedules and drive progress towards the larger goal and vision. We work on true critical programs and that means support, help, partnership and alignment in the investment.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range: from $74,100 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
