Field Marketing Manager, Enterprise is responsible for executing the marketing strategy to drive awareness, signups, and engagement with Enterprise customers. This role is responsible for influencing virtual teams to build the campaigns and programs needed to target enterprise customers at different phases of their journey with AWS. The goals of this role include helping to continue to educate enterprise customers on AWS, generating quality leads, building deeper customer relationships, and growing usage of AWS solutions. The right candidate will understand enterprise accounts and the personas within an enterprise, and be able execute on an engagement strategy that includes multiple touchpoints across marketing programs. The person in this role works collaboratively with field marketing leadership, sales leadership, business development, and product marketing to execute enterprise marketing initiatives, measure and report out on program effectiveness, and use data to make the right pivots in the strategy and plan. The ideal candidate will have a results-driven mindset, creative ideas, and a scrappy, entrepreneurial spirit.

About the team

AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector. The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success. AWS Support also partners with a global list of customers that are building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services.

Basic Qualifications

- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

- 7+ years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience

- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners

- Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $106,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
