As the Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for managing a team dedicated to implementing innovative products and processes that take AmexGBT into the future of our industry. You will design processes, test new technology and manage the execution of the NDC end-to-end testing. You must understand AmexGBT’s product strategy, the market and competitive landscape and work with internal and external stakeholders including Technology, Finance, Supplier Partnerships, Service Delivery, Client Services, Sales, Marketing, Traveler Care and others. You will assist in any live product issues and drive solutions. You will also provide subject matter expertise on how the latest technology and products in the market could positively impact GBT’s business. You will be a domain expert in your product area and will act as an advisor to internal teams and senior management on processes and operations. You will have a direct impact on how we service our customers. This role is critical to AmexGBT’s future growth and we’re looking for outstanding and seasoned candidates.
What You’ll Do:
+ Manage a global team of Business Analysts for NDC deployment at GBT.
+ Design, own and maintain all NDC test plans so they can be deployed in an agile and modular manner.
+ Write test cases and acceptance criteria.
+ Knowledge of how API connections are used to connect to provide data and content.
+ Formalize test campaigns with issue logs curated and shared with program team. Ensure all use cases are included in test campaigns and proactively add use cases as discovered.
+ Ensure online testing is completed for NDC online for pilot customers, countries and carriers.
+ Produce reports from issue logs for cross-functional teams to easily understand current project status.
+ Escalate issues with suppliers as needed.
+ Analyze GDS host and web services functionality as it relates to NDC functionality using GDS host interfaces, testing tools, API logs, internal and external documentation and interactions with GDS contacts.
