The Role

You will be an integral member of a passionate, dynamic team that works with various business units in Oracle to bring new B2B payment offerings to market across the many industries Oracle serves. You will apply your industry expertise to operationalize B2B payments strategy – embedding payments capabilities within existing Oracle applications and facilitating cross-industry adoption.

As the Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the strategic vision for our B2B products and experiences. You will work closely with internal product owners, sales, marketing, and external delivery leads in further shaping product roadmap, process design and improvements, analytics, and stakeholder reporting. You can expect to engage in a variety of challenging projects and initiatives across the organization. Some may be tactical in nature and others will be critical and strategic.

Essential Functions

+ Conduct in-depth market and customer research to discern evolving needs and translate insights into prioritized and innovative feature sets.

+ Lead the collection, analysis, and documentation of advanced product requirements, translating them into comprehensive user stories and strategic initiatives.

+ Play a crucial role in shaping the product roadmap and contribute to meticulous product release planning.

+ Advanced documentation standard, producing high-quality materials tailored to diverse audiences.

+ Demonstrate a profound understanding of technical structures and systems, fostering cross-functional collaboration with UX/UI, product development, legal, compliance, sales, marketing, and other key stakeholders.

+ Actively participate in quarterly planning, Sprint Planning, Backlog Review, and Stand-ups, providing leadership as needed.

+ Collaborate with Product Managers, UI/UX, and industry subject matter experts to pioneer new designs, features, and improvements that align with strategic objectives.

+ Lead efforts to investigate partner or user issues in production, working closely with Engineering for effective remediation and communication.

+ Oversee and contribute to User Acceptance Testing processes.

+ Utilize metrics to measure impact of product features/capabilities to business goals and tools/processes.

+ Demonstrate a proactive attitude, willing to delve into tasks to ensure the successful achievement of goals.

+ Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple activities with both internal and external stakeholders.

+ Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and influencing skills, with the ability to lead and build strong and productive relationships.

+ Pro-actively manage relationships with financial ecosystem (banks and partners) to support expected business outcomes

+ Provide direction and input to create pricing structures by market/complexity of product

+ Work with financial institutions to design, prioritize and integrate banking solutions/products into Oracle’s embedded B2B wallet

+ Monitor market developments, competitors, Fintechs, regulatory landscape to continuously enhance and scale up Oracle B2B payment solution

+ Outstanding communicator, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and present effectively (will be asked for writing samples)

+ Self-starter with demonstrated ability to take initiative, work independently, and drive projects to completion with minimal supervision

+ B2B Payments experience is required

+ BA/BS or MS/MBA degree (or equivalent) in related field.

Who You Are

+ You have a deep understanding and experience in embedded banking, Treasury/Payments line of business at a global bank including bank’s 3rd party risk management process

+ You have experience with commercially available B2B payments solutions (Finastra, FIS, etc.) either in implementation or operations

+ Ability to convert abstract business problems into actionable frameworks and solutions.

+ Ability to work within a complex and often ambiguous environment, and to influence senior management and other relevant parties.

+ Exceptional organizational skills and a process-oriented mindset, ensuring efficient project management and execution.

+ Have strong coordination and project management skills to be able to deliver on large cross-functional projects working with colleagues and partners across multiple geographies and time zones.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

+ 5+ years of relevant experience with 3+ years’ experience in Product Management function.

+ Strong data analysis skills

+ Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills are required.

+ Executive presence; strong written and oral communication-including large-group presentations

Travel Component: Approximately 25% – 50% travel within the United States and Europe may be required to successfully fill this role.

Responsibilities

As a member of the product development division, you will analyze and integrate external customer specifications. Suggest and justify product directions and specifications. Specify, design and implement moderate changes to existing software architecture. Build new products and development tools. Build and execute unit tests and unit test plans. Review integration and regression test plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering to discuss major changes to functionality.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range: from $87,600 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week
