Consolidation & Reporting Specialist

Job Description

The Consolidation & Reporting Specialist will be responsible for managing the financial consolidation process, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of financial results for the company. This role will play a key part in streamlining consolidation procedures, maintaining accounting controls, and supporting internal and external financial reporting requirements.

Responsibilities:

+ Financial Consolidation : Prepare consolidated financial statements in accordance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

+ Data Analysis : Analyze financial data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and completeness of consolidated financial statements.

+ Month-end Close: Assist with the month-end close process, including journal entries, analyses, and account reconciliations.

+ Process Improvement : Identify opportunities to streamline consolidation processes, improve efficiency, and enhance internal controls.

+ Audit Support : Assist with internal and external audit requests related to consolidation and financial reporting.

+ System Enhancements : Collaborate with IT and finance teams to optimize consolidation software/systems and implement best practices.

+ Cross-functional Collaboration : Partner with various departments including accounting, treasury, tax, and legal to ensure alignment on consolidation-related matters.

+ Ad-hoc Analysis : Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed to support business decisions and strategic initiatives.

Your Education and/or Background Experience will have:

+ Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.

+ CPA

+ 6+ years of experience in closing the books for multi- national corporation.

+ Thorough knowledge of U.S. GAAP and experience with global financial consolidations

+ Experience with consolidation tools such as OneStream and/or HFM.

+ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The compensation range for this role is $100,000 – $105,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
