About this Role:

The Upsell Marketing Specialist will manage the end-to-end subscriber/customer Base revenue-generation – from opportunity analysis to concept testing to performance/results analysis to optimization to broader deployment/launch & ongoing monitoring – while also ensuring a positive customer experience withKinetic:

+ Product/service cross-sell & upsell.

+ Revenue optimization & preservation initiatives.

+ Programs that activate & accelerate revenue.

What You’ll Do:

+ Understand the unique drivers of our business & customer behavior trends and prepare analyses to drive decision- making and performance.

+ Perform analysis among existing revenue-related campaigns & programs andidentifyoptimization opportunities.

+ Leverage insights todevelop initiativesthat proactivelyprotect andretainrevenue from ancillary products onexisting customeraccounts.

+ Proactively seek &identifynew strategies & opportunities to further enhance revenue by researching/analyzing data to enable informed insights & initiatives.

+ Workcross functionallywith front line teams for outside of the boxand proactive upsell opportunities.

+ Assistin the development of business cases to inform management decisionsrelativetonew programsand in-market trials, and set estimated metrics – targets,objectives, take rates, etc.

+ Identifytheappropriate customersegments, targeting and corresponding product/offer narrative to drive maximum revenue-driving campaigns.

+ Work collaboratively with the Pricingand Productteamson proposed initiatives and current initiatives in market thatimpactrevenue.

+ Manage & partner with cross-functional teams on program/campaign/offer implementation.

+ Analyze data from the Business Intelligence team in order toprovide insight into program performance and business implications.

+ Monitor results to continue tooptimizerevenue (drive up product attach rates, revenue-generation, revenue optimization)

Do You Have:

+ The successful candidate will be inquisitive, take initiative, and work to gain a solid understanding of the overall strategy of our business unit, continually seeking out ways to improve its results.

+ Experience and ability to work strategically through to tactically, and everything in- between.

+ ABachelor’sdegree in a business-oriented field, such as Marketing, Management, Revenue Management, Finance, BI/ Analytics

+ 7-10 years of experience in related field

+ Must be proficient with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint) and experience in Hyperion Essbase, SQL Server,Tableauor similar reporting tools is desired.

+ Experience developing business cases and modeling scenarios using data from multiple sourcesincluding owned customer behavior and business data, third party research and analysis, and more.

+ Familiarity with calculations for churn, ARPU, CPGA, and CLV/LTV

+ Ability to summarize findings and developappropriate narrative.

+ Track recordof building &maintainexcellent relationships, with ability to work well across varying levels and functions.

+ Track recordof delivering results, revenue

+ Position requires strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines.

+ Solid analytical, organization and problem-solving skills and attention to detail

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills.

+ Ability to manage multiple priorities and workflow.

+ Possess flexibility to quickly pivot as the needs of the business change.

+ Commitments to excellence andhigh standards

+ Previousexperience in modeling and comparative analysis

+ Telecom experience preferred.

The starting compensation range for this job is $$89,300to $117,200.
