In this role, you will:

+ Review credit analysis on assigned portfolio to include financial trends, controls and collateral

+ Schedule and coordinate bank deposit review, audits and buyout process

+ Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development

+ Make decisions and resolves issues to meet business objectives

+ Interpret policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

+ Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

+ Interact with internal customers

Required Qualifications:

+ 6+ months of Distribution Finance Relationship Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

+ Bilingual speaking and reading proficiency in Spanish/English

Desired Qualifications:

+ 6+ months of Customer Service Experience

+ Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting or related field of study

+ Financial Services Experience, with a high level of customer interaction

+ Experience in Fast Paced, Deadline Driven Environment

+ Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information

+ Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel

+ Good PC skills with the aptitude to learn new systems quickly

+ Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

+ Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

+ Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels; where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment

+ Energetic, quick learner, positive attitude, self-motivated

+ Ability to work independently, organizing and managing multiple priorities

Pay Range

$25.43 – $45.24
