What you’ll need to succeed as a Premium Services Enterprise Account Executive at XPO
Minimum qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree, 4 years of related work experience or equivalent military experience
+ 5 years of combined experience in sales, national sales, Third-Party Logistics (3PL),Less-than-Truckload (LTL), project management and/or logistics
+ Strong negotiation skills
+ Experience building and maintaining relationships with C-level executives
+ Understanding of SPIN selling or other needs-based selling models
+ Experience with Salesforce.com
+ A valid driver’s license
Preferred qualifications:
+ Available to travel up to 75% of the time
+ 7 years of combined experience in sales, national sales, 3PL, LTL, project management and/or logistics
+ Experience working with large global accounts
+ Able to understand competitor strategies, products, and pricing patterns
+ Able to manage up and influence executive leaders inside and outside the organization
+ Prior experience having full authority to set and negotiate product/service terms
+ Effective verbal and written communication skills to represent XPO in a highly professional, competent manner
+ Able to listen actively and to respond to questions with complete and accurate answers

What you’ll do on a typical day:
+ Partner with teammates to engage with our largest blue-chip customers and target Fortune 100-type accounts to provide premium services that will enable the organization to significantly exceed our revenue and profit objectives
+ Spearhead the development of custom solutions for our growing and evolving Premium Services offering
+ Lead effective negotiations by identifying the options, interests, criteria and alternatives of each party
+ Maintain complete and accurate records of customer information and sales activity within Salesforce.com
+ Work with other lines of business and LTL departments to meet the needs of each customer
+ Develop and maintain vertical and horizontal relationships with customers and prospects through email, phone and face-to-face contact

Employees are paid within a salary range based on their experience, skill set, and market.
Colorado annual salary range: $130,225 to $162,782
New York annual salary range:$136,426 to $170,533
California annual salary range: $142,682 to $178,285
Washington State annual salary range: $136,426 to $170,533
Actual compensation may vary due to factors such as experience and skill set (e.g., if an applicant far exceeds the minimum and preferred qualifications for the role).
