Job Description

Location: Elevance Health supports a hybrid workplace model (virtual and in-office) with PulsePoint sites used for collaboration, community, and connection. This includes remote work and 1-2 days in office per week. Candidates must reside within a 50-mile or 1-hour commute each way of a relevant Elevance Health location.

The PBM Pricing Strategy Analyst Sr. is responsible for Administrative Services Only (ASO) support functions.

How You Will Make an Impact

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

+ Implements new processes, process improvements, and best practices related to pricing, guarantee monitoring, and ASO pass-back activities.

+ Creates and implements metrics and supports performance measures to establish performance objectives for revenue maximization and Pharmacy pricing.

+ Creates tools and processes to monitor margin revenue, pricing accuracy, and client retention.

+ Monitors revenue performing below thresholds and implements necessary tasks to bring performance to or above targets.

+ Implements pricing in the system related to margin.

+ Supports the Pharmacy Services team in implementing future revenue, member expansion and growth capacity.

+ Develops pharmacy pricing for clients while adhering to underwriting guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

Requires a BA/BS in Finance or related field and a minimum of 3 years of experience with Pharmacy Benefits Manager (PBM), data analysis; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:

+ Proficiency in Excel

+ Ability to manipulate data for analysis purposes.

+ Ability to communicate results to a wide audience

For candidates working in person or remotely in the below location(s), the salary* range for this specific position is $70,128 to $135,648.

Locations: Colorado; Nevada; New York
