Mgr I Network Data – Dental Provider Data
Location: This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office). The ideal candidate must live within 50 miles of one of our Elevance Health PulsePoint locations listed on the requisition.
The Mgr I Network Data is responsible for overseeing dental provider data and staff including day-to-day training, guidance, and workflow management for our National Networks.
How you will make an impact:
+ Oversees all aspects of provider load/audit related to state and federal mandates to support directory accuracy requirements, troubleshooting, ensuring compliance with mandates.
+ Serves as a liaison between all functional areas to resolve provider inaccuracies and ensures uniform and consistent provider data to support our provider directories and claims processing.
+ Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluations the performance of direct reports.
Minimum Requirements:
Requires a BA/BS degree in related field and a minimum of 2 years management and project management experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:
+ Leadership experience in managed care/healthcare insurance industry most notably in provider data is strongly preferred.
+ Experience and knowledge of provider data state/federal regulatory findings/filing, mandates and compliance is highly preferred.
+ Experience and knowledge of data analytics, data management, project management, project execution, process improvement strongly preferred.
+ Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills strongly preferred.
+ Excellent written, oral, presentation and interpersonal communication skills with the proven ability to negotiate expectations between multiple parties highly preferred.
+ Proficient of Microsoft Office products, most notably in Excel (data analytics and data management), Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word strongly preferred.
For candidates working in person or remotely in the below location(s), the salary* range for this specific position is $73,416 to $131,100
