Job Description

PeopleReady Skilled Trades is looking for an experienced Commercial Epoxy Floor Installer. We offer referral bonuses and health and life benefits.
Note:The pay rate for this job is $25 – $27 / hour
Responsibilities:
- Clean and prepare work areas for application
- Chip, scrape, grind high spots and ridges with power tools
- Mix ingredients to create compounds
- Will assist with unloading materials from truck to work areas
- Spread, level and finishing flooring material Smooth surfaces
Qualifications:
- Must have at least 5 years of experience
- Concrete work a plus
- Pays attention to detail
- Great work ethics and attitude
- Work well with others or alone without supervision
- Experience with surface prep equipment including Blastrac and Diamond Grinding equipment
- Material knowledge of Epoxies, Urethane Mortar, Trowel Downs
- Valid Driver’s License
- Completion of surface preparation according to provided manufacturer and supervisor specifications
- Apply Paint / Coatings according to manufactures specs and supervisor directions
- Able to stoop, bend and stand
- Lift up to 50 lbs throughout the day
- Possess tools of the trade
- Have reliable transportation to and from jobsite daily
