Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer 3

Job Description

As a Manufacturing Engineer 3, you will tackle a variety of challenges on any given day. You may find yourself troubleshooting machine issues, creating prototype drawings for broken fixtures, and utilizing 3D printing technologies in our lab. Additionally, you could be involved in machine relocations, preparing Process Change Notices (PCNs), addressing tooling issues, or sourcing replacements for obsolete parts. A significant portion of your role (70%) will be hands-on on the shop floor, supporting daily operations and process improvements. You will collaborate closely with quality engineers, operators, and team leads to resolve machine-related issues and enhance manufacturing processes.

requirements:

+ Bachelor’s degree in engineering

+ Process improvement and validation

+ 3+ years of manufacturing engineer experience

nice to have:

+ CNC machine operation with grinding experience

+ Machining skills (mills, lathes, grinders)

+ AutoCAD proficiency

+ 3D modeling and printing

Soft Skills

+ Excellent communication skills

+ Willingness to perform hands-on tasks

+ Strong problem-solving capabilities

+ Ability to work effectively in a team

+ Attention to detail

Job Type

This is a contract position with a duration of 52 Weekly.

Work Environment

The role requires being on-site daily, with 70% of your time spent on the shop floor and 30% at a desk.
