Job Title: Construction Observer Job Description

We are seeking motivated candidates for a Construction Observer to provide field service support for our growing portfolio of PV infrastructure. The successful candidate will cover a region of operation and handle multiple project sites, assisting Construction Superintendents. Responsibilities include enforcing safety/regulatory policies, measuring productivity standards for contractors and subs, assisting in developing schedules, recording deliveries, verifying quantities, reviewing plans and specifications, completing administrative tasks, conducting site inspections, assisting with onsite repairs, and ensuring site cleanliness.

This is a fully on-site position

Work Environment

On-site 5 days a week with local travel only, ideally within 1 – 1.5 hours from home.
