We are looking for a dynamic and visionary Engineering Leader to join our team at LaSalle Investment Management. In this role, you will lead a global team of engineers and work closely with product and business teams to leverage technology and drive amazing outcomes for our business.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a diverse global team of engineers, focusing on hiring and nurturing top engineering talent from around the world.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, product owners, and enterprise technology teams, championing collaboration and delivering as One Team.
Collaborate with product and business leaders to identify areas where technology can make a significant impact and lead the execution of innovative solutions.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, driving innovation and staying ahead of emerging technologies and best practices.
Oversee the design, development, and implementation of scalable and reliable solutions to drive efficiency and business growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate technology solutions into existing systems and processes.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology leadership roles, with a strong focus on engineering and transformation initiatives.
Proven track record of successfully leading and managing global engineering teams.
Experience in the financial services industry is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of cloud-based technologies, data-driven architecture, and modern development frameworks.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a strategic mindset.
