Objective of Role:
Reporting to the Global Creative Director, the Digital Marketing Manager will work in partnership with the Global Marketing & Communications (M&C) team to focus on the delivery of integrated M&C projects through digital channels. This is a newly created role, with primary responsibility for managing external client communications and marketing campaigns through the corporate website, email marketing and social media.

Accountabilities:
Ownership of email marketing platform (Marketo), from campaign set up, template management, email design, mailing list management, analytics and associated follow up actions.
Day-to-day management of the corporate website (including regular updates to both content and visuals) - WordPress CMS
Conceptualize and improve wireframes and webpage sections.
Collaborate with wider team and agency partners for continuous improvements to functionality and user experience for digital channels.
Assist with building and maintaining LaSalle's a brand's presence across multiple social media channels.
Support brand campaigns through digital channels (display advertising, paid search, organic search, and content marketing).
Prepare reports on the performance of marketing campaigns and KPIs for digital channels.
Act as a Brand Guardian, working with local and global teams to ensure global brand consistency.

Required Qualifications& Experience:
5+ years' experience working within a digital marketing function. Professional services / Investment management sectors preferred.
Experience of marketing automation technology (Marketo) and content management systems (Wordpress) is essential.
Experience working with design software programs including Adobe Creative Suite and HTML is essential.
Knowledge of working with CRM platforms is essential, experience with Juniper Square is highly desirable.
Working knowledge of workflow management tools (Workfront)
Knowledge of SEO, SEM and PPC desirable
Ability to clearly present design ideas and concepts for campaigns and projects
Actively collaborates with a wide range of stakeholders from different departments and at varying levels of seniority within the organization.
A results and action orientated approach; ability to drive projects through to completion delivering clearly defined results.
High attention to detail and effective communication to stakeholders
