Beacon Hill is partnering with a leading personal injury law firm, in their search for a Litigation Attorney, to join their dynamic team in Des Plaines, IL.The ideal candidate will have:
- 1+ year(s) of litigation experience, ideally personal injury law
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Strong litigation and trial skills
- Represent clients in personal injury cases
- Conduct case investigations and develop strategies
- Draft and file legal documents
- Prepare and present cases in court
- Negotiate settlements
- Maintain regular client communication
