Head of IT P&P Capabilities at a glance
The Head of IT P&P Capabilities will lead our HR technology team.Reporting into the VP, Head of IT Functional Capabilities, this strategic leadership role will be instrumental in shaping and running the future of our HR landscape, with focus on demonstrating groundbreaking technologies, including generative AI, to enhance and transform our HR processes.

What's on the menu?

Bring the outside in.Partner with HR technology to scout the industry for disruptive technologies that can improve efficiency and/or effectiveness at Kraft Heinz.

Actively manage a portfolio of about $8MM in Capex projects.

Actively manage the health of all P&P applicaitons, ensuring OS, App, etc are at current versions and fit for purpose.

Build, optmize and support all P&P integrations

Lead the growing IT- HR Team of 10+ internal FTEs and external consultants and systems integrators.

Work closely with HR technology stakeholders and include industry best practices to architect technology solutions needed to drive alignment of business needs and lead discussions to arrive at mutually agreeable solution options

Partner with HR technology to deliver New Projects to Improve the Business and Deliver Service Levels as agreed.

I have experience with a combination of HR data, technology (including Workday HCM), and project management experience.

I have People Management experience

I have strong end to end ownership and a clear track record of leading transformation in the Digital space

I have prior experience working with and managing third-party service providers preferred.
