What We DoResponsible for managing, evaluating, and monitoring key or complex investment portfolios. Reviews goals and develops investment strategies that will attain and support objectives with acceptable risk. Considers legal and tax impact of investment decisions. Monitors daily investment activities to be aware of maket changes. Accountable for determining investment strategy, analyzing alternative investments, and recommending appropriate investments. Prepares reports on investment transactions and status for submission to management.

Incumbents in this job family may work with individual clients and perform business development activities (i.e. Trust/Wealth Management team), or focus on corporate investments (Corporate Investment Management team).

HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE
Manage investment portfolios per client / corporate objectives and company policies and guidelines.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients within investment management agency accounts
May work directly with cients meeting with and explaining investment strategy and performance; creating client or prospect meeting materials; and/or generate client financial plans
Drives business development
Provide technical investment expertise in new business development.
Monitor investment management account activities ensuring compliance with established policies, procedures, rules and regulations
Obtain appropriate documentation on accounts
Comply with applicable company policies and procedures, as well as federal and state laws and regulations

WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Required Education, Experience, Certification/Licensure
Bachelor's Degree required, Post Graduate degree preferred (CFA or MBA)
Minimum 7-9 years professional experience with significant degree of technical knowledge and considered an expert in their field.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES (KSAs)
Significant and deep specialized knowledge of financial markets.
Strong communication skills including presentation skills
Specific knowledge of technology including ADDvantage, Investor's View, PowerPoint, Excel, and Salesforce is generally required.

Salary Range: $126,100.00-$210,150.00
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location
