About the role
Finance Data Analytics Manager
Join our team as a pivotal member reporting to the Director of Finance, MPF. This role will spearhead the FP&A function for our commercial operations and sales division, serving as a strategic partner to deliver enhanced financial reporting, cloud-based data management, and live KPI management.
This role is essentially a Data Architect / Engineer, specifically delivering financial & commercial reporting tools.
Responsibilities:
Lead the Commercial FP&A function, providing critical insights into key performance indicators such as Profitability, Revenue Metrics, and Pricing.
Analyze and interpret operational financial data, collaborating closely with Sales, Operations, and Planning to enhance profitability.
Assess & Build Cloud based reporting tools (dashboards, reports, interactive KPI tracking, etc.) from ground up, with expectation to publish to RLT.
Act as a liaison between Finance and Sales Planning, delivering value-added management information and actionable advice to drive performance improvement.
Strategic partner with Sales &Operations teams to drive commitment and adherence to full year targets.
Provide comprehensive financial analysis and support to the Reworld Senior Leadership Team and Department heads.
Collaborate with facility operations, sales, and finance teams to develop accurate and timely monthly forecasts, long-term plans, and annual budgets tailored to commercial operations.
Maintain and update financial models, ensuring accuracy and relevance in decision-making processes.
Drive and execute ad hoc projects aimed at enhancing financial processes and operational effectiveness.
Establish and maintain an effective partnership with regional S&OP team for improved planning and efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
7+ years of relevant finance experience with a strong background in FP&A roles; M&A experience is advantageous.
Proficiency in creating, producing, and maintaining Power BI / Tableau / MicroStrategy tools and dashboards required.
Proficiency in NetSuite or similar ERP systems, advanced Excel, and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with Oracle Smart View is a plus.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Proven track record of driving process efficiencies and problem-solving within complex organizations.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with meticulous attention to detail.
