Job Description


This is a new and critical position in Danfoss Drives. In this role, you will be a critical driver of new business opportunity successes with our most strategic customers. You'll be leading new, high-visibility, strategic customer projects that directly impact the overall growth strategy of Danfoss Drives. Your ability to deliver results will be key to our continued growth and innovation.

Job Responsibilities


Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

Create & manage the overall execution plan for every Strategic Customer project.
Manage the backlog of Key Customer projects in execution.
Determine the resources required for executing the opportunity (stakeholders, owners)
Assign tasks to the teams responsible for executing different aspects of the opportunity.
Monitor the progress of the project (execution, task tracking, timelines, issues, risks)
Coordinates activities among team members, ensuring collaboration, resolving conflicts, and optimizing resource utilization.
Manage changes or modifications to the opportunity scope or requirements, helps to assess the impact, communicates with stakeholders, and updates the execution plan accordingly.
Identify and addresses any issues or obstacles that arise during the execution process, taking corrective actions as necessary.
Communicate with stakeholders: maintains regular communication and dashboards with all stakeholders until complete.
Customer satisfaction: ensures that the customer's satisfaction is maintained throughout the execution process, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
Business case: Mature the business case for implementation and support relevant product manager.
Handover: completes project - or ensures smooth handover to internal teams to execute using standard Danfoss processes.

Background & Skills


Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree
5+ years of experience in Project Management

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with a Business background
PMP certification
Experience working in a global, matrixed, high-tech company product development.
Understanding of new product development
Experience working cross-functionally.
Proactive, collabrative, excellent communicator
Ability to manage multiple projects, track progress, utilize project management tools and action items
