Purpose of the Job
The role of the Regional Real Estate Associate is dynamic and varied and to support the delivery of estate, facilities and project management services within our corporate environment covering a proportion of our 100 locations. This role brings with it a unique opportunity to impact the daily work experiences and performance of many of our 4500+ colleagues. HH G lobal real estate is a newly formed function, embarking on our journey of customer experience excellence , community, consistency and optimization .
Key Responsibilities
Estate Management
Contribute towards and support delivery of the global real estate strategy
R esponsibility for lease management and monitoring
Contribute and support towards portfolio repository and future monitoring solutions
Liaise and lead on landlord relations and queries
Develop the f ormation of exit and entry strategies for locations
Ensure conditionality is monitored and dilapidation/exit liabilities are managed in order to continuously review and introduce best practice
Set appropriate m onitoring of and supporting ESG targets geared towards transforming the estate of HH Global
Facilities Management
Take responsibility, via a network of resource s ,for the day-to-day operations of the estate
Provide s upport to or personally procure and proactively manag e all planned, proactive, and reactive estate operations
Manage the r e-tendering service contracts to ensure exacting standards and value for money
Ensure the creation of a safe working environment for all colleagues and users
Manage and monitor expenditure and produce timely reporting as required by local legislation and for business purposes
Contribute towards the HH G lobal Standard for H + S compliance, ensuring an evidence led storage a nd monitoring matrix is up to date and accurate
Project Management
Lead via external resource or self delivery , location closure and termination, fitouts and refurbishment for al l o cations
Liaise with all relevant stakeholder s , Landlords and agents to ensure lease compliance and documented change is captured
Ensure a ccurate cost projections and delivery of projects on time
Create consistent and branded standards across all locations
Project management monitoring and reporting as appropriate
People Management
Line management of existing team
Support the design and implementation of optimal resource allocation for real estate
Ensure knowledge and development are subject to continual improvement
Embrace a collaborative learning culture and introduce best practice with your team
Lead by example and inspire wider onsite teams
Knowledge, Skills + Experience
3+ years of experience in a similar role of a large global or multi continental, office and warehouse remit
Real estate and H + S/Compliance qualifications or demonstratable equivalent experience
Good IT and remote working skills
Demonstrable experience of forming and executing real estate operational plans and strategies
Ability to travel as required
Possess excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to produce detailed estate management reports
H ave strong trusting relationships
Have the ability to promote a culture of information sharing and cross working relationships
