Job Description
Universities Council on Water Resources (UCOWR) is an organization of 63 universities and other institutions leading in water resources education, research, and outreach. The Director is responsible to the Board of Directors of UCOWR, serves as a nonvoting member of the UCOWR Board, and reports to the UCOWR President and SIUC Provost regarding UCOWR activities. The Director administers the principal office of UCOWR, including the hiring and oversight of staff members needed to carry out the programs of UCOWR.
