HOW YOU WILL SOAR:
The UX Researcher will be part of an innovative build team designing a state of the art, greenfield SaaS platform for our Health & Wellness customers. This role is responsible for fully understanding the needs of our users and customers through research, interviews, user testing and other means to help the product and development teams build engaging products and services and intuitive user experiences. This involves being able to ask the right questions, listen intently and synthesize findings into a strategy for design. This role is a trusted peer of a team of engineers, product managers, designers, architects and business leaders, with a single focus on developing a solution that delights and delivers value. Individuals that thrive in this role are self-motivated, highly organized, passionate about customer experience, prioritize autonomously, and collaborate in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment. The UX Researcher will report to the Sr. Director, H&B Strategy.
- Recruit target audiences and set up interviews
- Meet with clients and end users to gather information about their requirements and to find out what needs researching, designing, or usability testing
- Perform competitive and market research to support product strategy and initiatives
- Generate actionable content, written and graphical, including sketching, prototyping, and user testing before passing the design onto the development team
- Perform data analysis to help inform product strategy and design
- Apply qualitative research methods to client projects based on their needs and goals
- Understand and interpret product requirements, design decisions and elicit feedback across various audiences
- Execute on strategy for our consumer and institutional products in support of larger organizational goals and objectives.
