Equity Algo Sales Position
Keybanc Electronic Execution Services is looking for a salesperson for the equity Low Touch trading team. The ideal candidate will have experience prospecting potential clients and will have good relationships with senior-level decision makers at relevant buy-side entities. Potential applicants should have a deep understanding of US equity market structure and algorithmic trading strategies as well as strong analytical capabilities. Candidates should be able to leverage this knowledge base to have relevant, ongoing conversations with their client base to help drive revenue. The location is flexible but will be in one of Key's existing offices and will report to the Head of Electronic Trading.

Skills
7+ years of equity execution sales experience at a broker dealer or similar FinTech background
Strong communication, presentation, and teamwork abilities
Proven track record of self-starter mentality; ability to work autonomously and as a team player
Ability to work in meritocratic environment and source new clients for the firm
Experience growing revenue from existing clients
Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
Series 7, 63 and 57 required
Responsibilities
Take the lead on full US electronic equity sales process
Drive new business sales efforts to completion
Capitalize on existing firm relationships to unlock new revenue opportunities
Help educate clients and prospects on the offering and develop new opportunities for the firm
Work closely with product, quant, and other sales teams internally
Represent Key at various industry conferences
Provide pre- and post-trade analysis as well as targeted content to grow revenue

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $175,000 to $200,000 annually depending on job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
