What you will be doing

As part of this dynamic opportunity, you will have the chance to lead the development, refinement, and validation of project plans, overseeing their successful execution to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of key initiatives that drive impact across the business unit and enterprise. Provides timely and concise communications to functional leadership regarding project status and pending issues; analyzes processes and makes recommendations for optimizing resources and product delivery.
Develop project plans based on specifications provided by the Portfolio Management staff and manage effective execution of the initiatives.
Builds consensus among multiple process leads relative to project scope, task execution, staffing and issue resolution.
Brokers services within Triose and Cencora vendors on behalf of the business area represented.
Provides overall financial direction for the projects to manage the development of budgets, controls and measurements to monitor project progress.
Identifies potential risks within the project; proactively manages issues.
Participates in identifying project costs, resource allocation, project schedule changes and issue escalation.
Frequently interacts with Triose staff including business area management, portfolio managers, vendors, consultants, and other contractors.
Must be willing to travel up to 25% of the time.
Performs related duties as assigned.

What your background should look like

Requires some training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four year Bachelor's Degree program, technical vocational training, or equivalent combination of experience and education; PMI certification or equivalent project management methodology training and hours. Normally requires five (5) - eight (8) years directly related and progressively responsible experience, including at least two (2) years experience at a senior manager or equivalent level; normally requires a professional license or certificate in specialized field.

$84,400 - 120,890

*This Salary Range reflects a National Average for this job. The actual range may vary based on your locale. Ranges in Colorado/California/Washington/New York/Hawaii/Vermont/Minnesota State-specific locations may be up to 10% lower than the minimum salary range, and 12% higher than the maximum salary range.
