Description:

This position works under the supervision of the Great Lakes ADA Center Associate Director. Responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of the Center. Inclusive of assisting with maintaining records, reports and supporting the Center's training and technical assistance activities.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Format materials and supplemental handouts for webinars
Compiles and analyzes data and information, evaluates, and summarizes findings from online webinars
Coordinates the logistics and activities for specific projects or events including but not limited to reasonable accommodations, technical support, etc.
Represents the unit on various committees within the ADA National Network as assigned
Participates in the hiring, training, supervising, and/or evaluating of student employees
Provide support to social media activities such as monitoring posts and collecting post outreach/engagement data
Schedules, assigns, reviews and/or provides recommendations regarding work within the Center's programs
Provides program support and recommendations of procedures, technical specifications, and developments related to the Center's various projects
Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications Required:

Bachelor's degree.
Demonstrated experience creating/editing documents to ensure they are accessible according to the World Wide Web Consortium (W3G 2.0) minimum requirements.
