Convergint is looking for a full-time, results driven and forward-thinking Project Manager to join our Strategic Enterprise Solutions (SES) Team. As an SES Project Manager, you are a part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to shaping the future of our business through the development of strategies and solutions to meet targeted enterprise client needs on large multi-site, multi-region complex strategic projects and initiatives.

What you'll do with "Our Training and Your Experience"

Provide governance and oversight of large scaled global projects and initiatives working with local Project Managers and field colleagues to ensure consistency of delivery standards and process adherence.
Development of techical project runbooks to provide the roadmap to a successful project outcome.
Keep accurate and up-to-date status tracker for all active projects.
Provide project status and KPI reporting.
Responsible for ensuring completion of all project deliverables and client expectations.
Schedule and conduct alignment sessions with client stakeholders.
Collaborate with applicable technical SMEs to develop any related project documents or Project Runbook required for project execution.
Develop project plans and schedules with local Project Managers.
Provide support to local Project Manager to clear blockers that jeopardize milestones.
Ensure QA/QC compliance.
Provide oversight of project financials, budgeting and resource planning.
Key interface with the customer and responsible for maximizing customer satisfaction, safety, and quality assurance on all assigned projects.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.
What You'll Need
Expert project management experience in a technical environment (building automation systems, fire alarm systems, and/or electronic security systems).
Advanced coaching, mentoring, and staff development skills; solid leadership orientation - Actively seeks ways in which to act as a role model, guide, develop and mentor others within the organization.
Excellent Microsoft Outlook, Project, Excel, Word and Power Point skills; solid programming skills and proven ability to troubleshoot problems and look for solutions.
Basic knowledge and understanding of IT networking principals.
Advanced financial analytical skills including cost control.
