Job Description
(Mygo Consulting Inc. has multiple openings in Naperville, IL) SAP Functional Consultant: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and analyze, design, test, and map them into SAP processes. Independently initiate and handle projects, resolving issues across all project phases. Oversee ongoing development projects, configuring, implementing, testing, and supporting SAP and other systems. Interface with subject matter experts to ensure system functionality aligns with business processes. Identify gaps and align business processes with SAP. Lead end-to-end SAP implementations using ASAP methodology, covering requirement analysis, business blueprint mapping, gap analysis, customization, and post-implementation support. Ensure standardization and harmonization of business processes. Review and prepare user stories, functional documents, and technical specifications. Configure SAP Advanced Planning and Optimization and SAP S4 HANA systems, participating in integration and user acceptance testing. Define functional requirements for various SAP modules and components, conducting impact analysis on new/enhanced services. Facilitate knowledge transfer and provide guidance to team members. Collaborate with solution leads, integration partners, testing teams, and cutover leads to plan, coordinate, and deliver integration components. Own the planning and execution of cutover plans and deployments. Support Scenario Planning analysis and proactively mitigate risks in the supply chain. Drive continuous improvements in processes and communicate business-related issues or opportunities to the management level. Will work in various unanticipated client locations throughout the U.S. Requires Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related and 1 year experience. 1 year must include experience with SAP.
