Some things you can expect to do:

Provide the leadership, guidance, training, platform, controls and monitoring for preconstruction, estimating, and project management staff to consistently perform pursuit, preconstruction, estimating, and procurement across all regions.

Raise the level of preconstruction services delivered on projects by preconstruction and project management staff by providing templates, tools, and processes to accurately scope, schedule, and budget during the preconstruction phase of projects.

Promote Design-Build and IPD project delivery methods internally and externally.

Promote competitive pricing and procurement strategies.
Job Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architectural or Management degree.

At least 10 years of construction project management experience combined with 5 years in a preconstruction role (mission critical or industrial experience preferred).
You will really stand out if you:

Are comfortable and effective in delivering formal sales presentations and have advanced knowledge of preconstruction means and methods, estimating, scheduling, cost control, and material pricing and design management.

Promptly and effectively resolve issues with win-win solutions and display natural leadership skills and qualities to guide multiple project teams with direct responsibility of project personnel.

Are a team player who leads by example, displays honesty, integrity, and good judgment while maintaining the highest professional standards at all times.
Eligbility:

Positions require verification of employment eligibility to work in the U.S.

Compensation:

The salary range is $152,900 - $191,100. The salary base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission and/or an incentive program.
