Talent Acquisition Consultants are responsible for full life cycle recruitment and talent pool management to support overall organizational goals.
REMOTE OPPORTUNITY! We can hire candidates located within the Associated Bank footprint. This includes the states of Illinois, Minnesota, and Wisconsin.
Job Accountabilities
Responsible for full life cycle recruitment for exempt and non exempt positions.
Utilize recruitment levers to execute on business line recruitment strategies.
Manage and build talent pools to support human capital planning and diversity, equity, and inclusion goals.
Represent the company in various outreach events.
Ensures compliance with all applicable employment laws and policies and maintains up to date external and internal compliance policies.
Educate and guide business line leaders in recruitment process including interview training, market conditions and inclusive hiring practices.
Analyze and leverage recruitment data to educate leaders and effectively attract talent.
Education
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Required
Experience
2-5 years Recruitment and training in Human Resource interview and selection, affirmative action and Equal Opportunity Compliance. Required
2+ years experience recruiting for commercial and business banking roles, including private wealth. Preferred
