Job Summary

Our Global Infrastructure team, including TYLin, Introba, Landrum & Brown form the Infrastructure division of Sidara. Sidara is a leading, privately-owned professional services group with a diverse history and a global presence. Sidara's world-class planning, design, engineering, and project management firms are dedicated to achieving our clients' ambitions and supporting sustainable communities worldwide. The Global Infrastructure division is comprised of 5,000 people operating in 21 countries.

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Executive Assistant to support a senior-level "C-Suite" Executive and his team. This is an on-site position, located in our Chicago Office.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

As the Executive Assistant, you will be the linchpin of our leadership team. You'll manage complex calendars, coordinate high-level meetings, plan and prepare bookings for domestic and international travel, craft polished presentations, and ensure our Executive is prepared for every interaction. Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the front line of communication with high-level Executives, Board Members, and Clients.

Create and refine presentations, reports, and other business documents.

Plan and coordinate meetings and events.

Manage the Executive's dynamic calendar, email and schedule.

Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.

Prepare and submit expense reports.

Document meeting minutes and assist in managing action items.

Support other company executives as needed.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 15+ years of administrative experience, with at least 2 years supporting senior executives or C-level executives.

High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Experience with heavy travel coordination, including international travel and travel visas.

Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and manage multiple projects.

Effective communication skills and high emotional intelligence.

High levels of integrity, always doing the right thing in an ethical, fair, and sustainable way.

Demonstrated experience of collaboration in a diverse and inclusive team, working together toward excellence.
