Job Description Summary

 

The Digital Product Specialist will be primarily responsible for monitoring the digital and branch account opening experiences. This role will assist with the delivery of new and enhanced account opening features, assisting with management of ancillary services, and ensuring seamless integration with other systems.

 

What You'll Do

  • Work with business partners to identify needs of customers in support of product enhancements
  • Assist with managing deliverables for digital solutions across lines of business
  • Draft clear business requirements for product enhancements and new features.
  • Coordinate execution of new features/functionality with internal and external resources.
  • Assist with the evaluation of new product solutions and technologies to support strategic goals.
  • Participate in sprint planning, release planning and perform UX testing of new features.
  • Assist QA team to ensure that functional documentation can be easily translated into test plans, and ensure that the proper testing plans have been completed.
  • Closely collaborate with Digital Support and Banking Application teams for 3rd tier customer escalation issues
  • Analyze account opening data from various sources and identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvements.
  • Manage internal communications through various systems to digital products, management and retail staff
  • In partnership with key business stakeholders, supports the development of digital solutions training materials

 

Knowledge/Skills/Background/Experience

  • 3-5 years experience working with account opening platforms and related technology required
  • Understanding of requirements related to account opening processes and financial services experience preferred
