Medline Industries, Inc. is seeking a talented individual with knowledge of and experience working with custom applications using low code development skills. This Senior Developer Analyst will work closely with our Sales Operations department to continue building our Supply Chain Foundations (SCF) tool used by Medlines Prime Vendor Analysts and Medline customers. This individual will work as a Senior Developer Analyst on the SCF SCRUM team to deliver incremental product releases, low-code development for each sprint, participate in sprint planning sessions and retrospectives, showcase new work during sprint demos and support our 3000+ user base. JOB SUMMARY

As a Senior Low-Code Developer you will be responsible for understanding product requirements, developing the architecture and specifications for systems to support them. You will work as a part of a Low-Code team and provide technical solutions for medium-to-large application building projects. The developer also works with managers and peers to improve technical processes. This individual should be able to work with both custom and package software.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for the design, development, implementation, and integration of new or existing applications, systems, programs, or software including documentation, testing and collaborating with business users to understand requirements and translating into technical solutions. Analyze customer needs and design technical solutions to meet business and technical requirements.
  • Provide in-depth knowledge in the research, planning, design, documentation, development, testing and deployment of high-quality software that meets business requirements.
  • Solve complex problems; act as escalation point for IS team members. Take a new perspective on existing solutions to troubleshoot and support all deployed software.
  • Identify and resolve complex issues with sustainable solutions. Provide advantages and disadvantages of potential solutions. Resolve issues and errors and improve performance and security as needed in a timely manner.
  • Assess the impact of specific business processes. Identify and design systems/architecture/processes that enhance the business' value. Translate the interrelationship of systems, and prioritization of issues based on impact to business and department.
  • Prioritize primary assignments and ad-hoc work. Identify when deadlines are at risk and remediate to minimize schedule impacts. Manage multiple primary assignments.
  • Participate in requirements gathering sessions with multiple stakeholders with minimal dependency from Lead or Manager; act as a primary contact for all domains
  • Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. May lead projects or project steps within a broader project or have accountability for ongoing activities or objectives.
  • Using appropriate technology capabilities, designs, writes, tests, debugs and documents new and modified processes.
  • Evaluate application and program modifications to ensure solutions align with business and technical requirements. Collaborate with end user and product owners to prototype, refine, test, and debug as needed.
