Job Description

As a Manager, Media Technology , you’ll lead digital production-focused projects through to execution, implementing effective team approaches and develop technology strategies that improve the process and power our clients’ businesses forward.

Day to day, your responsibilities will include:

+ Prioritizing and communicating daily/weekly work requests and assigning appropriate offshore resources for dynamic creative, business decks, etc.

+ Owner of overall campaign process and governance

+ Supporting internal teams and partners in the delivery of solutions, insights and recommendations

+ Review the team’s work and ensure deliverables match the original request such as reviewing and constructing data/matrix inputs against overall strategy needs from clients and cross-agency teams to ensure proper measurement and execution outputs

+ Troubleshoot dynamic creative (Flashtalking) and track issues that may arise throughout the process

+ Bringing to the table a deep understanding of the best digital marketing capabilities and emerging innovations, and driving development of thoughtful and actionable implementation and measurable strategies

+ Being the “big picture” person – maintaining a clear and reasonable vision of the next steps needed

+ Effectively using and explaining campaign implementation resources (e.g., Flashtalking dynamic creative and Nielsen measurement) to relevant parties

+ Building strong vendor, interdepartmental and client relationships – you’ll win their respect and be recognized as a leader on the business

+ Willingness to travel as needed – you’re open to new places, new faces and new ideas

Qualifications

+ A four year college education and five to seven years of experience, preferably in a creative agency – including 1-3 years in ad operations in an agency or marketing company with relevant interactive experience

+ Hands-on experience working with media technology including ad servers, rich media vendors, and optimizers

+ A knack for teamwork – you’re at your best in a closely collaborative structure

+ Great technical skills and working knowledge of HTML and JavaScript

+ Strong understanding of business and technical processes to enable smart technology solutions

+ Experience with Flashtalking platform for Dynamic Creative

+ Solid understanding of how dynamic creative (e.g. OLA, OLV, CRM, sites) are built

+ Strong collaboration, flexibility and ability operate effectively – even in ambiguous circumstances

+ Team management skills working with a globally distributed team

+ A stellar ability to problem solve, prioritize tasks, multitask, and manage time effectively

+ Excellent communication skills – you’re articulate, straightforward and, above all, you’re thoughtful and kind
