Wild Fork Foods is expanding! We are seeking experienced Field Marketing Managers in the Chicagoland area. Pay is $75k- $85k annually DOE. This is a FULL TIME DIRECT HIRE role, with benefits.

A Field Marketing Manager you’ll be responsible for leading the Wild Fork grassroots marketing efforts designed to drive traffic to the stores in the region and local ecommerce home delivery business as well. Because this is a new position, you will start by crafting a strategy & plan of attack for your region, partnering with the Market Leader, Store Leaders, and Marketing Team. This is an exciting role for someone who likes to create a program from scratch, test and learn, and make things happen, with a focus on delivering strong ROI within the allocated budget.

Ideal candidates : Candidates must live within the Chicagoland area. Also must also have a minimum of 2 years experience doing grassroots marketing experience to include; social media marketing, creating platforms and driving engagement. Store to Store (furthest away is 1hr 30 mins) Community engagement-Street festivals, fairs, farmers markets etc.

Responsibilities

+ Ownership of developing and executing a grassroots/field marketing program, partnering with key operations and marketing colleagues to bring it to life.

+ Identify opportunities in the community: religious organizations, schools, community groups, food related events, etc that would be effective customer acquisition vehicles. Work with marketing to develop materials and operations team to execute.

+ Drive customer acquisition and retention focused on stores in your respective region, starting with bringing new customers to stores and transitioning them to ordering online as well.

+ Develop KPIs to track and monitor performance of activities. Obsessive focus on ROI. Identify what you can prove works, do more of those tactics and less of the things that don’t.
