Hiring for a Supply Chain Manager! This is a hybrid , permanent positron!

Must Have Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred

+ SAP experience

+ 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management, with a track record of success in leadership roles.

+ Strong understanding of supply chain principles, practices, and industry trends.

+ Analytical thinking and skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.

+ Experience in demand planning, sales & operations planning, and supplier management.

Description:

Strategic Planning:

+ Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies aligned with organizational goals and market dynamics.

+ Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and performance improvement.

Demand Planning:

+ Lead demand forecasting activities, collaborating closely with sales, marketing, and other relevant teams.

+ Utilize forecasting tools and market insights to generate accurate demand forecasts and anticipate customer needs.

Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP):

+ Drive the Sales & Operations Planning process, ensuring alignment between sales forecasts, production plans, and inventory levels.

+ Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to optimize resource allocation and achieve business objectives.

Supplier Management:

+ Lead supplier relationship management efforts, negotiating contracts, and optimizing supplier performance.

+ Implement strategies to mitigate supply chain risks and ensure continuity of supply.

Inventory Optimization:

+ Inventory management strategies to balance customer demand with cost efficiency.

+ Utilize analytics and forecasting techniques to optimize inventory levels and minimize costs.

Leadership:

+ Provide strong leadership and mentorship to the supply chain team, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
