The role you’ll contribute: The Executive Director of Operations serves as the AdventHealth Medical Group (AHMG) leader providing overall leadership, direction, and administration to ensure compliance with the mission, as well as regulatory guidelines, in order to carry out the strategic objectives of the organization. The Executive Director partners with AdventHealth hospital campus leadership to ensure goals and strategic plans are achieved.

· Ensures high quality care and excellent customer service; working to make improvements as necessary

· Accountable for assuring compliance and providing evidence of performance with the state regulatory agencies, basic Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) regulations, as well as other local, state, and federal agencies, regulatory, and accrediting bodies and applicable policies and procedures.

· Ensures that all practices within scope of responsibility operate within allocated budget

· Develops and implements initiatives, processes, and systems and creates goals that align with organizational and operational strategies; supporting organizational initiatives.

The expertise and e xperiences you’ll need to succeed :

· Minimum qualifications :

· Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business or related field

· Seven (7) years’ proven experience including at least five (5) years’ experience in a large hospital setting or physician practice

· Preferred qualifications:

· Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business or related field

· Certified Medical Practice Executive (CMPE) by the American College of Medical Practice Executives (ACMPE)
