Position Title: Senior Staffing Consultant
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Deerfield, IL
Salary: $55.00 per hour
Job Description: As a h Senior Staffing Consultant, you will play a crucial role in our Talent Acquisition team, focusing on recruiting for IT and Finance positions. You will be responsible for driving excellence throughout the Talent Acquisition lifecycle, both in individual assignments and larger scale recruitment projects. Your key responsibilities will include:
+ Leading strategic, business-critical, and complex hiring projects to ensure quality outcomes, timely delivery, and budget management
+ Staying up-to-date with external trends in talent acquisition and contributing towards innovation and continuous improvement of the global function
+ Building strong relationships with hiring managers, Talent Acquisition team members, and HR Business Partners to ensure efficient and effective delivery of hiring projects
+ Understanding the strategic goals and business priorities of the functions and locations you support
+ Providing consultation and input into talent strategy and market conditions to support the achievement of organizational goals
+ Collaborating with the Regional TA Strategy and Operations Lead to identify employer branding opportunities and optimize tool and technology usage
+ Utilizing analytics and innovative approaches to enhance hiring processes, including predictive hiring and leveraging AI
+ Using Workday to report, analyze personal performance, and drive enhancements to Talent Acquisition outcomes
+ Delivering an engaging candidate experience and proactively providing meaningful market intelligence and recruiting insights to Hiring Managers and HR
+ Identifying and escalating risk or compliance issues as necessary
Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
+ 5+ years of experience in 360 recruiting, preferably within an in-house environment
+ Proven capability in effectively managing concurrent hiring, resources, priorities, and stakeholders at different stages of the recruitment lifecycle, without impacting delivery quality and timelines
+ Experience facilitating recommendations for and delivering behavioral-based interviews
+ Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on business partnering
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
+ Previous experience with Workday is a plus
+ Accountable for effective use of recruitment marketing and branding materials to engage and communicate with internal and external talent
+ Proactive in providing meaningful market intelligence and recruiting insights to Hiring Managers and HR
+ Ability to deliver an engaging candidate experience and identify and escalate risk or compliance issues
