Overview

We are seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead initiatives in our manufacturing facility, focusing on New Product Development (NPD), capital projects, and process improvements. This role will oversee projects related to packaging, injection molding equipment, customization of IV bags, and drug delivery systems within a GMP environment (medical device or pharma).

Responsibilities:

+ Lead projects encompassing New Product Development (NPD), tech transfers, sustaining product changes, and site capacity expansions.

+ Act as the primary liaison with internal teams (Facilities, Manufacturing, Quality, Process Engineering) and external partners (Engineering, R&D, Commercial) to ensure project alignment with business goals.

+ Manage project scope, schedule, budget (up to $3M), and core team performance.

+ Drive project execution while meeting site stakeholder requirements and regulatory standards.

+ Facilitate effective communication across departments and stakeholders to provide regular project updates and resolve issues promptly.

+ Identify project risks, develop risk mitigation plans, and manage conflict situations to achieve positive outcomes.

Experience/Education:

+ Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA/MS preferred.

+ 10+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

+ Proven track record in managing capital projects and drug development projects within the medical products industry.

+ Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), or Good Clinical Practices (GCP) is essential.

+ Certification in project management (PMI, IPMA, or equivalent) is desirable.

Skills:

+ Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.

+ Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.

+ Experience negotiating resources and managing project budgets.

+ Self-starter with the ability to drive results and manage multiple assignments effectively.

+ Comfortable working in a team environment with engineers, quality control chemists, and R&D professionals.

Interview Process:

+ 1st round: Video interview

+ 2nd round: Onsite interview
